Every metered action has a plain limit and counting rule. Web sessions and API keys share the same account allowance.

When do daily allowances reset?
Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC each calendar day. The reset time is the same for Web sessions and API keys.
Does reopening the same creator count again?
No. Creator detail usage is counted by distinct creator per day. Reopening the same creator on that UTC day does not consume another detail view.
Do revealed contacts expire?
No. Once a contact has been revealed for your account, it remains available across campaigns and does not consume another reveal later.
Do Web sessions and API keys have separate limits?
No. They share one account-level allowance, so actions taken through either surface are reflected in the same daily usage.
What happens when an allowance is used up?
That metered action pauses until the next UTC reset. Capabilities without a product limit, such as browsing and factual filtering, remain available subject to normal abuse protection.
Will Creator River charge me automatically later?
No. Early access does not require a payment method. Creator River will publish the paid plan and terms before charging for any capability.
