Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Creator River, a service for finding creators and reaching out to them. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Creator River is operated by Vibe Influencer Global INC, a Wyoming corporation with its registered address at 30 N Gould St #32372, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our").

Use of the Service

Creator River helps users discover creators, review creator profiles, manage outreach, and track replies and collaboration status. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

The Creator River software, interface, and documentation are protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Creator River is Vibe Influencer Global INC.

• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the Creator River service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Creator River and any third parties.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Creator River:

• Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary software
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
• Collecting creator data in bulk by automated means, or reselling or redistributing creator profiles, contacts or search results

Privacy and Data Collection

Creator River collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
• Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service
• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
• Cookies: Data that helps us enhance your experience with our service
• Payment and Billing Information: Data necessary to process payments

Credits, Plans and Payments

1. Credits: Some actions are paid with credits, such as opening a creator's profile, contacting a creator, and sending more outreach emails than the daily free allowance. Current prices are on the Pricing page. 100 credits correspond to US$1 of list price. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can only be used in Creator River.

2. Signup credits: Each new account receives 100 free credits, once per person or organization. Free credits do not expire and cannot be refunded.

3. Credit packs: Packs are one-time purchases. Their credits do not expire while your account is active.

4. Monthly and annual plans: Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, according to the billing interval selected at checkout, until you cancel. Monthly plans are billed once per month and grant that month's credits. Annual plans are billed once per year and grant the full year's credits after payment, rather than in monthly installments. Subscription credits are valid for the corresponding monthly or annual billing period; unused credits do not carry over to the next period. You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops the next renewal.

5. Order of use: Credits that expire soonest are used first.

6. Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of a purchase for credits from that purchase that you have not used. To request one, email support@creatorriver.com from your account email. Refunds go to the original payment method, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance. Credits charged for contacting a creator whose email bounces are returned automatically. Other payments are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Price changes: We may change plan prices or what an action costs. We announce changes in advance, and they apply to future purchases and actions.

8. Payment processing: Orders are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which also handles order inquiries and returns. The Waffo company that sells to you is named at checkout and on your receipt; see Waffo's terms. Payment card data is processed only by Waffo Pancake's PCI-DSS certified systems and is never stored on our servers. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator River shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creator River, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
