Chrome Extension
- What We Collect: When you open a creator's YouTube, TikTok or Instagram profile with the Creator River extension installed, it sends that creator's public profile data to Creator River: their platform ID, handle, display name, follower count, median views and likes of recent posts, last post date, and any email addresses shown in their bio. The extension keeps your Creator River sign-in key and the card's settings (where you placed it, the columns it shows and which paid actions you no longer want to confirm) in your browser's extension storage, and sends the key only to Creator River. To count likes on YouTube, the card reads the creator's video and About pages from YouTube itself; those pages are not sent to Creator River.
- Purpose: To show creators' numbers and contact options on their profile pages, and to keep Creator River's creator data current. The extension does not collect data from any other website.

Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. The data we collect is stored securely on our servers, and we implement a variety of security measures including encryption and access controls to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except in the following circumstances:

To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
